Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Quincy, MA is seeking a Certified Preschool Teacher to provide a nurturing, developmentally appropriate program for preschool children in accordance with NAEYC standards. You will collaborate with families and fellow teachers to create engaging activities across multiple classrooms.

Responsibilities include overseeing programs, mentoring staff, curating curriculum, partnering with families, and maintaining clear communication with parents.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR CDA OR MA Teacher certification required
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Ability to work within regular operating hours
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment

What will you be doing?

As a Certified Preschool Teacher, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines. Responsibilities include:
