Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Quincy, MA is hiring a Certified Infant Teacher for a full-time on-site role. You will work with educators and families to provide a loving, NAEYC-guided environment for infants, with opportunities to mentor staff and develop curriculum.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in ECE or CDA credential or MA Teaching certification required.

*Sign on Bonus of $1,500 for EEC Certified Teachers until July 31st*

What will you be doing?

As a Certified Infant Teacher, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR EEC State of MA Teacher certification required
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Ability to work within regular operating hours
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment
