Responsibilities

• Lead with the Center Director to recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and supervise staff.
• Support developmentally appropriate curriculum and program quality.
• Ensure Ohio DCY licensing compliance and Step Up To Quality standards.
• Engage families through professional communication and events.
• Maintain accurate enrollment, attendance, and administrative records.
• Oversee facility operations, safety, and health protocols.
• Assist with enrollment efforts and community outreach.
• Model professionalism, flexibility, and team-first collaboration.
