Learning Care Group is hiring a Housekeeping Aide to support a safe, clean learning environment for children and staff. You will maintain classrooms, play areas, and common spaces, ensuring a fresh, orderly facility that enables daily activities and growth.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to state education requirements, and a commitment to a caring, positive workplace culture with opportunities for training and development.

Responsibilities

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.04-18.74 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
