Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to help maintain clean, safe environments for children across our centers. You will perform janitorial tasks, support classroom and playground upkeep, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for families.

Responsibilities

• Keep building, classrooms, and playground clean, safe, and orderly; vacuum, mop, dust, clean restrooms, and take out trash.
• Assist in cleaning equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls; refill dispensers in restrooms.
• Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

Job Requirements:

• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $17.51-18.19 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
