Job summary

Learning Care Group in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to keep the building, classrooms and playground clean and safe, enabling children to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

You will perform janitorial tasks, assist with cleaning school equipment, and help display seasonal decorations. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, immediate benefits for full-time staff, and hourly pay of $15.45–$16.05 with multiple pay options.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition (vacuum, mop, dust, clean windows, restrooms, trash).
• Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls; clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Assist with putting up/removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $15.45-16.05 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
