Job summary

The Children's Courtyard in Cameron, NC is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe environment for children and staff. You will ensure classrooms and play areas stay tidy and orderly to support daily learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition; perform janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and restrooms; gather and empty trash.
• Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls; clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
