Job summary

Tutor Time Childcare in the United States is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and families. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to health, safety, and the learning atmosphere.

Key duties include ongoing janitorial tasks and assisting with seasonal decorations. Requirements include comfort around children and a willingness to learn, with state education prerequisites for our center.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building, classrooms, and playground clean, safe, and orderly; vacuum, mop, dust, clean restrooms, and take out trash.
• Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls; refill dispensers in restrooms.
• Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.
