Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe environment for children and staff at our childcare centers.

You will be responsible for keeping classrooms and facilities tidy, assisting with equipment cleaning, and supporting seasonal decorations and center upkeep. We value teamwork, reliable attendance, and a caring approach to children and families.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working around children.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Keep things fresh! Clean the building, classrooms, and playground in a safe, orderly condition; vacuum, mop, dust, windows, restrooms; gather and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Clean school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls; clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Put up and remove seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.
