Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe environment for children and staff at our center in Raleigh, NC. The role emphasizes health and safety, organization, and teamwork to support learning and growth for children.

Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms and common areas, restrooms, and equipment, as well as assisting with seasonal decorations. Candidates must meet state education requirements and be comfortable around children.

• Keep things festive: set up and remove seasonal decorations and displays.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.
