Job summary

Learning Care Group in Frederick, Maryland is looking for a Housekeeping Aide to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the childcare center, contributing to a safe learning environment for children.

This position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.45-$16.05, immediate health benefits for full-time employees, and flexible schedules. We are committed to supporting our staff and their growth.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $15.45-$16.05 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.

• Monday-Friday work week
