KinderCare Learning Companies in Pittsburgh is seeking a Center Director to lead a high-performing team of educators and center staff. You will partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education, while building positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

You’ll apply your business, sales, and marketing savvy to expand KinderCare’s community presence, driving center growth and enrollment with a dedicated, on-site leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop a team of educators and staff.
• Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Budgeting/financial accountability with revenue experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Proficient computer use; physical tasks and safety awareness.
• Read/write English; communicate with families in English.
• This role requires on-site work at the center daily.

• Hire, engage and develop a team of educators to be passionate and committed professionals.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
