• Managing daily center operations and ensuring classrooms run smoothly.
• Supporting and supervising teachers, assistant teachers, and classroom staff.
• Maintaining licensing compliance, staff files, child files, ratios, safety procedures, and documentation.
• Monitoring classrooms to ensure quality care, safety, and appropriate supervision.
• Assisting with staff scheduling, call-offs, and coverage to maintain ratios.
• Communicating professionally with parents regarding enrollment, concerns, schedules, behavior, and center updates.
• Assisting with enrollment growth, tours, follow-ups, and parent communication.
• Supporting curriculum implementation, lesson planning, classroom structure, and age-appropriate activities.
• Handling staff accountability, coaching, and training reminders.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily center operations and making sure classrooms run smoothly.


• Supporting and supervising teachers, assistant teachers, and classroom staff.


• Maintaining child care licensing compliance, staff files, child files, ratios, safety procedures, and required documentation.


• Monitoring classrooms throughout the day to ensure quality care, safety, and appropriate supervision.


• Helping with staff scheduling, call-offs, coverage, and ratio management.


• Communicating professionally with parents regarding enrollment, concerns, schedules, behavior, and center updates.


• Assisting with enrollment growth, tours, follow-ups, and parent communication.
