Job summary

Learning Care seeks a dedicated Center Director to oversee daily operations and foster a warm, engaging learning environment for children. You will lead staff, ensure program success, and maintain strong communication with families and state regulators.

Ideal candidates hold a CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education, with 2+ years in supervision within a childcare setting and a commitment to quality care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience in childcare center required.
