Job summary

Growing Kids Learning Center in Goshen, IN is seeking a Full-time Cook to join our team. We serve children from 6 weeks to elementary age and foster hands-on learning in a family-oriented environment.

We support professional growth, including earning ServSafe certification, and offer a range of benefits. Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends. Be part of a caring team making a lasting impact on kids.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of facility-based experience preferred.
• Team-focused, proactive attitude.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical.
• Able to lift 25lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Place weekly food orders.
• Keep a safe, clean, and organized kitchen.
• Support children’s growth and milestones with nutritious meals.
• Communicate with parents, families, and staff about food substitutions.
• Work as part of a collaborative team.
