Job summary

Growing Kids Learning Center on State Road 23 in Mishawaka/South Bend is seeking Full Time and Part Time Early Childhood Teachers to join our passionate team. We’ve served Northern Indiana children from 6 weeks to elementary age and proudly celebrate a mission to Protect, Educate, Inspire, with a family‑like culture and opportunities to earn a CDA.

We offer growth support, including earning your CDA, a supportive environment, and a commitment to professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of childcare experience (preferred).
• Team-focused, proactive attitude.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical.
• Able to lift 25lbs and stand for long periods.
• CPR certification for infant and children.

• Plan and lead fun, educational activities.
• Keep a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
