This is a full-time, entry-level position in management and manufacturing within the child day care services industry.

The Child Care Cook, Food Specialist is responsible for overall food preparation for the school’s enrolled children. This role involves creating home-style, nutritional meal plans within the school's menu and budget, following USDA, licensing, and health department regulations. The cook will prepare meals/snacks for children and staff, maintain inventory, and assist in classrooms as needed.

Job requirements include experience in cooking and/or food preparation for multiple individuals in a childcare setting (preferred), willingness to learn and adhere to regulations, and flexibility in work hours.
