As a Food Specialist, your responsibilities include:

• Create nutritious, home-style meals within menu, budget, and regulatory guidelines. Prepare and distribute food for children and staff.
• Follow menus and regulations from USDA, licensing, and health departments.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Assist in classrooms as an Assistant Teacher/Floater if needed.
