Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Child Care Center Bus Driver to safely transport children and staff to field trips, school, and other locations, complying with applicable regulations. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and flexible hours from Monday to Friday.

You will work closely with the school Director to ensure vehicle safety, perform regular maintenance checks, and may assist in classroom tasks as needed, showing teamwork and a caring attitude.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license.
• Have and maintain a safe and violation-free driving record.
• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work.
• Experience working with children.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Transport children in a bus or van from one educational environment to another with a smiling face.
• Ensure each child’s safety by maintaining vehicle functionality regularly and implementing safety procedures with the school Director.
• The Driver may step into a Teacher role or assist in other capacities as needed.

The Child Care Center Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting children and staff on field trips, to and from school, and other locations. The Driver ensures that the bus is regularly maintained and safe for driving under all applicable state and municipal regulations.

• Responsible! Ensure each child's safety by maintaining vehicle functionality regularly and implementing safety procedures with their school Director.
• Team player! The Driver may step into a Teacher role or assist in other capacities as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $18.03-$18.83 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
