VASA Fitness in Lafayette is seeking a Child Care Attendant (CCA) who brings energy and a passion for working with children. You will help create a safe, welcoming KidCare space and support families as they focus on their workouts.

Responsibilities include engaging children with age-appropriate activities, following safety procedures, checking in/out, and maintaining a clean environment. The role also offers a base pay of $12.00 per hour, flexible shifts, and employee perks like gym memberships

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in childcare, education, youth programs, or similar environments preferred.
• Friendly, engaging, and dependable presence.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized KidCare space.

The Child Care Attendant plays a vital role in the club's KidCare program by providing safe, fun, and attentive care for children while their parents focus on their fitness

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $12.00 per hour
• Flexible scheduling: Shifts are available within KidCare operating hours of 8:00am--12:00pm and 4:00pm--8:00pm, Monday through Saturday
