Job summary

VASA Fitness is hiring a Child Care Attendant for our KidCare program in Lehi, Utah. You will provide safe, engaging care for children while parents work out, enabling families to feel confident and supported during their gym visits.

Successful candidates will be energetic, reliable, and mindful of safety and cleanliness. Benefits include two free gym memberships and access to 401(k) options plus the Employee Assistance Program.

• Experience working with children in childcare, education, youth programs, or similar environments preferred.

The Child Care Attendant plays a vital role in the club's KidCare program by providing safe, fun, and attentive care for children while their parents focus on their fitness

Your presence allows parents to work out with confidence, knowing their children are supported in a clean, engaging, and well-run environment. Through meaningful interactions, age-appropriate activities, and consistent safety practices, you help make VASA a place families trust and return to.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $11.40 per hour
• Flexible scheduling: Shifts are available within KidCare operating hours of 8:00am--12:00pm and 4:00pm--8:00pm, Monday through Saturday
