Job summary

VASA Fitness seeks a Child Care Attendant to provide safe, engaging care for children in our KidCare program while parents focus on their workouts. You will create a welcoming environment with age-appropriate activities and strict safety practices.

Ideal candidates have childcare experience, friendly presence, and clear communication. The role offers scheduled shifts during KidCare hours, a base pay of $13/hour, free gym access for you and a dependent, and access to 401(k) options with EAP

The Child Care Attendant plays a vital role in the club's KidCare program by providing safe, fun, and attentive care for children while their parents focus on their fitness

Your presence allows parents to work out with confidence, knowing their children are supported in a clean, engaging, and well-run environment. Through meaningful interactions, age-appropriate activities, and consistent safety practices, you help make VASA a place families trust and return to.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $13.00 per hour
• Flexible scheduling: Shifts are available within KidCare operating hours of 8:00am--12:00pm and 4:00pm--8:00pm, Monday through Saturday
