Job summary

HCI Sports & Fitness in Bee Cave, TX is seeking part-time Child Care Attendants to join our family-friendly fitness center. Flexible shifts include weekdays or weekends, days or evenings, and you will help supervise children and maintain a safe, fun environment.

No prior childcare required, though experience is a plus. Must be at least 16, be energetic, patient, and dependable. You will receive $15–$17.75 per hour plus holiday premium pay and a free gym membership.

Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, our team is in search of part‑time Child Care Attendants for our Fitness Center! Flexible shifts are available including weekdays or weekends, days or evenings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help to maintain a safe, fun, and interactive center that is clean and organized


• Supervise and participate in activities with children


• Demonstrate good judgment, alertness, and self-control in the presence of children and when performing assigned responsibilities


• Relate to children with patience, acceptance, and respect


• Monitor check in/out procedures and have an accurate headcount of children at all times


• Contact parent/guardian, if necessary, to assist with discipline issues and attend to personal needs of children such as feeding and diaper changes, etc.


• Other duties as assigned
