Job summary

HCI Sports & Fitness in Bee Cave, TX is seeking a passionate Soccer Coach to guide youth athletes. You will lead camps, clinics, and league games, focusing on skill development, confidence, and a love for the game.

Ideal candidates will bring soccer coaching or playing experience, strong communication, and the ability to foster a fun, safe training environment. Weekend availability is preferred and seasonal summer camps may be offered.

• Create structured, high-energy training environments and ensure safety and inclusivity.
• Support session setup, equipment organization, and clean-up.

As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, we are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Soccer Coach to help develop athletes within our youth soccer programs. If you enjoy soccer and would enjoy helping youth athletes build skills, confidence, and a love for the game, this position is for you!

Requirements

What you'll do:

• Lead and coach youth soccer camps, clinics, training sessions, and league games


• Teach fundamental and advanced soccer skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, positioning, and game awareness


• Lead structured, engaging, and high-energy training environments


• Ensure all sessions are safe, inclusive, and development-focused


• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and guests


• Assist with session setup, equipment organization, and clean-up


• Provide feedback to players to support growth and confidence


• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong interest in soccer and youth athlete development


• Previous soccer coaching or playing experience


• Experience working with children in a coaching or instructional setting (preferred)


• A strong work ethic, including punctuality, organization, and attention to detail


• Energetic, positive, and encouraging coaching style


• Strong communication and leadership skills


• Ability to manage structured training environments in a professional manner


• Availability to work weekends, some holidays, and various sessions as needed - seasonal opportunities also available for weekday summer camps running Monday through Thursday
