Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred)
  • CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations, including immunizations and employment physicals. If hired, you will work in person at an early education/preschool center, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery in accordance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements to ensure children's safety.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly rate is between $18.20-$22.70. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
