BrightPath Kids in Newtown, FL is seeking a dedicated assistant to support teachers and help maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment for children from 6 weeks to 12 years. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, strong customer service with families, and adherence to state childcare requirements.

You will help with instruction, classroom setup, and supervision during regular hours, with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

What will you be doing?

• Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years.
• Assisting teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorating inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintaining a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.
• Interacting with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
