We are seeking caring, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our early childhood education team as Child Care Teachers. You don’t have to know everything on day one—we will train the right candidates! If you have a passion for working with children and a willingness to learn, we want to meet you. Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
2. Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities (training provided).
3. Observe and document children’s development and learning milestones.
4. Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
5. Communicate positively with children, parents, and team members.
6. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
7. Be open to feedback and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
8. Assist with daily routines, including meals, diapering/toileting, and rest time.
9. Maintain a positive attitude and a team-player mindset.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (required).
2. Experience in child care is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.
3. Must be willing to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education.
4. Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.
5. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
6. Reliable, flexible, and passionate about helping children thrive.

Work Hours:

Full-time. Some shifts may begin early or end later in the day.
