BrightPath Kids in Cincinnati is seeking caregivers for the Bridgetown center. Roles include supervising children, assisting teachers, and maintaining a welcoming classroom environment during afternoons and evenings on a full-time/part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate classrooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm, clean, safe environment for growth and exploration.
• Interact with children to encourage participation in activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child.

What will you be doing?

• Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years.
• Assisting teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorating inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintaining a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.
• Interacting with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
