BrightPath Kids is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis in Maineville. You will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children, following NAEYC guidelines.

You will support safety, learning activities, and family communication in a caring, organized classroom environment. This role offers opportunities for professional development and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.
• Interact with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.

What will you be doing?
