Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Williamsville, NY is hiring full-time staff for early childhood education. No evenings or weekends.

Paid training is provided on classroom procedures, with a welcoming team and opportunities to grow within our Busy Bees community. Responsibilities include supervising children ages 6 weeks to 12 years, assisting teachers, maintaining a safe, clean classroom environment, engaging children in activities, and communicating with parents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for childcare employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years.
• Assisting teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorating inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintaining a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.
• Interacting with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
