Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Souderton, PA is hiring for a Full-Time childcare role. You will support teachers, supervise children from 6 weeks to 12 years, and help maintain a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.

No classroom experience? Paid training is provided. The role emphasizes communication with parents and teamwork to create a positive early learning experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years.
