Job summary

BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care is hiring for a full-time position at our Orchard Park, NY location. You will supervise children ages 6 weeks to 12 years, develop NAEYC-aligned curricula, and create engaging activities tailored to each child’s interests and learning styles.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in ECE/related field, or CDA, or 12 ECE credits required.
• 2+ years of licensed child care experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.
• Work within regular operating hours.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR 12 credits in Early Childhood Education courses required
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred

• Ability to work within regular operating hours
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment
