Base pay range: $12.00/hr - $14.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Work as a team with the Lead Teacher to facilitate daily activities and ensure the classroom functions smoothly.
• Partner with families to nurture and care for children, using electronic tracking to document milestones.
• Follow safety guidelines to keep the classroom clean and safe.

Requirements

• At least 19 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Experience working with children; child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
• Early childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred
• Ability to stand (6-8 hours), stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, etc.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
• Visual supervision of children at all times
