Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to help run a childcare school. The role partners with the School Director to maintain safe, engaging environments for children and families and to uphold company standards.

The Assistant Director helps recruit, supervise staff, and ensure licensing compliance while supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture for our team and communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• In the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
