Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to support the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director's absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the school, aiding in promoting children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.

The role emphasizes leading a caring, educational environment, staff recruitment and retention, and upholding licensing standards while contributing to the company’s profitability and community presence.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• BA Degree required.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director; act in the Director's absence.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• Recruit, develop, and retain quality staff and foster a caring, educational environment.
