About the Role

We seek someone with experience in early childhood, who enjoys record keeping, answering phones, working on the computer, and engaging with families, staff, and children. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you are a great communicator, passionate about helping children, staff, and families, and a team player, apply now to join our team!

Responsibilities
  • Record keeping and organization of files
  • Reviewing and completing forms
  • Answering phones
  • Giving tours to potential families and staff
  • Using various software systems
  • Acting as a designee for staff when the Center Director is out
  • Managing others
  • Understanding and monitoring the curriculum philosophy
  • Communicating with parents, staff, and children
  • Creating and adjusting daily staff schedules
  • Supporting classrooms and teachers when necessary
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Must hold a CPL-3 certification
  • Experience managing adults
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
