Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Lead Infant Teacher to join our team. The infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore and reach important developmental milestones.

As a Lead Infant Teacher, you’ll foster warm, responsive classroom experiences, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with your team to maintain routines and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• An awarded CDA in Infant Toddler is preferred.
• 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $500, paid after 90 days of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings.
