Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a human service related field or within 24 credits of completing a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Complete 40-hour RBT training in ABA or hold a current certificate in Habilitative Intervention.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification needed.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one on one or group intervention to a child or adolescent.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with parents.
• Coordinate with treatment team members and participate in regular supervision.
