Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Behavior Technicians to work with children in residential facilities. All shifts are available. Independent Contractors must be fully vaccinated and ready to start immediately.

Compensation is up to $18/hour, depending on experience, education, availability, and skills. The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and contributing to a supportive environment for children in care.

Qualifications

• Some experience working with children.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills and a passion for member service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and location of all children at all times.
• Provide nurturing care focusing on child development.
• Engage with children in activities and maintain toys and supplies.
• Notify coordinator of any problems or suggestions.
