Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) providing ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to implement personalized therapy plans.
• Utilize creativity and enthusiasm in a play-based, naturalistic therapy environment.
• Support children in progressing educationally and socially, preparing them for traditional school settings.
• Track and document each child's progress while implementing tailored therapy programs.
• Be part of a supportive team dedicated to Lighthouse's Core Values.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with children is a plus but not necessary.
• Passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• Commitment to a caring, team-oriented culture.
• Ability to show up consistently and support children's progress.
• Physical ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs, sustain impact, and perform various physical activities; reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Background check and drug test required for safety.
