Job summary

You will support the therapy team, bring experience in behavioral health or ASD, and complete required EIDBI trainings. You must be willing to pass the Minnesota DHS background study and collaborate closely with supervising professionals to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, child development, or related field with 1,000 hours of experience.
• RBT or BCaBA certification through the BACB.
• An associate's degree plus 2,000 hours, or 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience with ASD or related condition.
• Willingness to complete required EIDBI trainings, including ASD Strategies in Action and EIDBI 101.
• Able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study.

Responsibilities

• You provide direct one-to-one intervention with children, carrying out each individual treatment plan with fidelity, while receiving observation and direction from a Qualified Supervising Professional or a Level I provider.
