Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. This paid training program prepares you to implement ABA techniques and help children reach milestones.

The Behavior Technician is responsible for delivering one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician will encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones by teaching new skill acquisition and behavior modification.
