Job summary

Action Behavior Centers located in Forney, TX seeks a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor’s degree to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Paid training includes RBT certification, and no prior experience is required. You will join a supportive team with health benefits and growth opportunities within ABC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with ABA therapy is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
