Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Denton, TX, seeks a Child Autism Therapist (Bachelor's Degree Required) to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans and help kids build communication and social skills.

No experience is required; paid training and full RBT certification are provided. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, offering stable daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; proof of degree needed.
• Paid RBT certification after hire.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Experience in childcare or health sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
