Action Behavior Centers is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years in Schertz, TX. The role offers predictable daytime hours, no nights, with optional Saturdays depending on patient needs. We provide paid RBT certification and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and physically participate in therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work to understand role expectations.
