Action Behavior Centers is hiring as a Behavior Technician to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years in a structured ABA therapy setting in Belterra, TX. The role offers full-time hours with daytime shifts (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

No experience is required; paid training is provided and the company covers the RBT certification. Bachelor's Degree is required, and there is potential for advancement into clinical leadership roles as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset and willingness to support nearby ABC clinics if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
