DMVA also strives to assist employees in achieving a healthy work/life balance by offering compressed work weeks, on-site fitness facilities, free parking, and a variety of training opportunities!

This position is responsible for coordinating the National Guard Child and Youth Program (CYP) for the State of Colorado.   • Auditing participant files, maintaining background check tracking logs for volunteers/staff, and archiving event records;
  • Reviewing and tracking Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) or contracts with external venues, buses, lodging facilities, and community partners (e.g., 4-H, Boys & Girls Clubs);

  • Compiling and analyzing program data from needs assessments and satisfaction surveys;
  • Implement a state-specific marketing plan by defining effective marketing strategies and selecting appropriate media channels (e.g., social media, partnerships) to reach military families;
