CarePath Behavioral Health seeks a Child and Adolescent In-Home Therapist to deliver mental health counseling to young clients in home and community settings.

You will work as part of a two-person team with a bachelor-level case manager, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy. You may coordinate with families and community programs and participate in after-hours crisis on-call rotations.

Salary: $41,900+ depending on experience and licensure

Preferred Experience: Knowledge of community mental health. Field/Crisiswork with children and adolescents.

Duties and Responsibilities: Provide mental health counseling services to child and adolescents and their familiesin their home or community setting as a member of a two-person team paired with a bachelor-level case manager. Complete assessments and develop treatment plans. Provides individual, group and family therapy sessions. Works closely with the family unit and community programs for the welfare of the child/adolescent.Works to keeping individuals stabilized in the community settings and assists in securing psychiatric hospital placement as needed. Provides crisis after hours on-call services on the Agency rotation schedule.
