Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling to children/adolescents and their families in home or community settings as part of a two-person team.
• Complete assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with family and community programs to support welfare of child/adolescent.
• Assist in securing psychiatric hospital placement as needed.
• Provide crisis after-hours on-call services on the agency rotation schedule.

Salary: $41,900+ depending on experience and licensure

Duties and Responsibilities: Provide mental health counseling services to child and adolescents and their families in their home or community setting as a member of a two-person team paired with a bachelor-level case manager. Complete assessments and develop treatment plans. Provides individual, group and family therapy sessions. Works closely with the family unit and community programs for the welfare of the child/adolescent. Works to keeping individuals stabilized in the community settings and assists in securing psychiatric hospital placement as needed. Provides crisis after hours on-call services on the Agency rotation schedule.
