Job summary

JusticeWorks Family of Services seeks a Child Advocacy Specialist in Lincoln County, CO to work with families and community partners, identifying needs, developing plans, and coordinating resources to help youth succeed.

The role requires transportation of clients, ongoing case management, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to the wellbeing of children and families served by our ESOP company.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
• Requires current, applicable background clearances.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Regularly check in on the child's emotional, physical, and social well-being, including observing behavior, academic progress, and home life.
• Manage complex cases, including intake, assessment, development of service plans, and follow-up services.
• Assess situations, identify issues, and create practical solutions to overcome barriers, particularly in challenging family dynamics or when accessing services.
• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.

Family Resource Specialist

HOURLY PAY RANGE: DIRECT RATE (Work time spent with clients) $22.00 - $24.00 PER HOUR
INDIRECT RATE (Work time spent without clients) $19.00 per hour
